Suitable for beginner photgraphers interested in experimenting with low light or night time photography, the After Dark workshop introduces the basics of photography in the context of low light / night time photography techniques.

Like our other location photography workshops, all PhotoSchool After Dark Workshops have small group sizes and a maximum number of 8 students attending per workshop, so you'll have plenty of one-to-one tutor time.
Please note that full-height tripods (not just clamps or grips) are required for this workshop. A limited number of tripods is available to hire on each workshop, at an additional cost of £12 per tripod per session (deposit also required for the duration of the workshop). If you need to hire a tripod for the session advance booking is essential.
NB This workshop isn't a 'walking tour' and we're not tour guides!! We prefer to concentrate on teaching you essential techniques for low light / after dark photography, so unlike other workshops you may have come across, we won't be wheeling you around on a whistle stop tour of London landmarks.
We think it's more useful to spend the workshop time teaching and practicing and explaining essential low light photography techniques that you can use yourself in the future!
Workshops normally run 5pm - 7pm, but timings will be adjusted throughout the year to keep up with sunset / twilight times! Please note that we do not normally hold After Dark workshops between mid May and the end August each year.
